People should watch it again. It was insane how exciting that **** was... on Sopcast... where you can't even really see exactly what is going on.

Maybe the best fight I have seen, but then again, I am one of the few who don't find as much enjoyment from Corrales-Castillo I as everyone else does.

      I think it'll be a war.

Vasquez-Marquez is THE fight of the year so far.
Chad Dawson-Glen Johnson is up there too. I think those 2 and the Cotto-Margarito fights will most likely be top 3.

If you had asked me at the beginning of the year, I would have said yes. But like you said Vazquez-Marquez III did set a very high standard to beat. I am expecting something special though.

im kinda there with you. for me, the fight began slowly and the excitement and drama was really for around 3 rounds. Vazquez/Marquez II and III was from the beginning.

Honestly... I loved the fight, don't get me wrong. But really, it was a lot of infighting, without a lot of variety beyond that. The Barrera-Morales fights usually featured territory wars, technical rounds, brawls on the inside, everything, and they managed to make every second exciting. Vazquez and Marquez seem to be a gifted pair that was able to do that as well. I just didn't feel like Castillo and Corrales really were able to go beyond their infighting in their two matchups, which makes me grade them a little less favorably than Barrera-Morales or Vazquez-Marquez.

EDIT: Rockin' picture of Vargas by the way. He is one of the few people who genuinely looks like a badass, and that picture captures that pretty well.
