Now if Margarito was a boxer-puncher and not a brawler, the height would be a big advantage. Since he usually gives up his height advantage and fights smaller, it's less significant and would actually give Cotto the benefit of a bigger target inside.

Marg is not a very good fighter at a distance. His jab is pretty weak, used more as a set up for his long right, which is his best punch by far from the outside. I can easily see Cotto keeping this fight soley at a distance, while countering with his now Quartey-esque left jab.

While on the inside he's quick and good enough to beat Margarito to the punch. He is LEAGUES above what Cintron has to offer in a phone booth brawl.

The only factor is his punch resistance, and it's the only reason I'm still torn on who would win.

This is evenly matched. This fight could go either way. Both fighters are hard hitters, both are good body punchers and both fighters have improved tremendously. He who has the bigger heart wins this fight.

This fight is just going to prove that Cotto is the best right now. Cotto smarter, faster and more powerfull. Margarito is going to be frustated by Cotto's speed and boxing, and he is going to be worn down by his power. There's no way Tony is going to win this fight, Cotto is just too good.
