Yeah but Williams is 6'1 definitely not the best height for WW. That's why Quintana is stronger than Williams at 147 he's 5'9 a good middle of the road height for WW. Great WW's in modern boxing have been 5'9 to 5'11. Exceptions are of course Hearns who was a freak and Duran who I think is 5'7 6'1 is good for a MW but now WW. I think some people don't realize that at 147 Cotto is not going to be the stronger guy in some fights IMO this is one of them. Marg is one strong dude at WW. Marg has every physical advantage in this fight with the exception of speed.

Did you guys see the post presser? Cotto looked like a midget compared to Margarito. I never make bets on any fights but I will bet anyone that Margarito will beat him. He might be a little slow but I just dont see how Cotto can beat him unless he throws more punches than Margarito and gets a Unanimous Decision. Cottos hardest punches are not going to knock this dude out IMO.

People often mistake height for size. Margarito is a very big welterweight, but Cotto is at least as strong and would still be a hard puncher at 154 or 160. The guy who just beat 6'2 Paul Williams was also manhandled by Cotto.

If you look at the post fight conference, Gatti is actually slightly taller than Cotto. Cotto is not a big WW, he is a full sized one now but he you can't look at him and say he is a big WW. He is just strong for his size but I dont think he rehydrates to anywhere near what Cintron, Margarito, Clottey or Williams rehydrate to.
