I didn't say KOs. I don't even have a problem with feather fisters. I just don't particularly like the jab and move style.

What Floyd did to Baldomir, I am completely okay with. He didn't really run away. Maybe I phrased it wrong, because I still do enjoy slick fighters, but running away to avoid having to keep your opponent off with punches seems kind of lame.

Winky Wright does nothing even close to running away.

Really the only fighter that runs away is Cory Spinks.

Yeah. If Cory didn't have a really sad personal story about his mother dying early, and his best friend/brother/father figure getting gunned down by gang members, I probably would really hate that dude.

I still don't like him even after last night. He was good, but to me he has a bad resume and is slow. He'd lose to Cotto and Mayweather. He already lost to Williams.

One thing I am impressed with Margarito (other then his chin) is his infighting skills. No not that he can throw a lot of punches, but how he uses stuff like that sidestep last night and then ****** away at Cintron from the side. When he stuck his arm out in the first cintron fight to measure the shot/back him up to the ropes/**** up Cintron's vision.

Still I find him way too overrated and just because he beat Cintron again doesn't change my opinion on him.

I just can't imagine a fighter who uses a style that could possibly be more warrior-like. He seriously reminds me of a tank that just keeps coming, never gets hurt, and has a massive offensive attack. He even has some really good power to go with his incredible workrate.

Well let's not forget Cintron can't fight for **** on the inside. He never once tied up Margarito when he was hurt. That was a really dumb thing not to do.

And Williams definietly got the better of the fight between Margarito. Margarito is just like a wall so it never shows he's been in a fight. I couldn't believe the shots he was taking from cintron.

Still Cintron could have done more to beat Margarito. He was doing great for about a minute and a half of each round and then get destroyed, but Margarito still seems like he could be beat.

If anything moving around-boxing and taking a fighter like margarito out of his element so he can't land **** is really impressive to me. I just don't think people should get so hyped up over a performance that the guy easily dominated before.

It certainly didn't show that Margarito was #3 in the division. I bet he stays at 5.

People shouldn't get too hyped up about it, but let his fans get excited...just think about how many people here were saying Cintron was going to get his revenge and KO Margarito.

Margarito does the best that he can with the skills that he has. He can be beaten of course, but he's a tough night for just about anyone.

BTW, I say he'd beat Williams pretty comfortably (maybe 116-112) in a rematch by starting to throw from round one. A Clottey rematch is warranted at some point too, and that one's a close call. Margarito started late in that one too, and even though Clottey broke his hand, didn't Margarito get hurt too? It'd be a good fight either way.

And I don't know who wins if he fights Cotto.

MARGARITO DID'NT COME TO FIGHT AGAINST WILLIAMS THAT NIGHT, HE THOUGHT HE WOULD BREEZE RIGHT THREW WITH OTHER FIGHTS ON HIS MIND. HIS MINDSET NOW IS AT AN ALL TIME HIGH, MARG WOULD KNOCKOUT WILLIAMS IF THEY FOUGHT TODAY, IMO. COTTO VS MARGARITO WOULD BE A GOOD BATTLE, I'M NOT SURE WHO WOULD WIN, THE ONLY WAY TO FIND OUT IS WHEN THEY FIGHT IN JULY. PEOPLE ON HERE SHOULD STATE (IMO) MORE CAUSE I'M SURE NOONE CAN SEE THE FUTURE.

Of course you are entitled to your opinion, but I really think your selling Margarito short. If he is only #5 then you must be rating Williams and Mosley over him, and they both lost their last fights. Sure he had already beaten Cintron, but nobody else had ever came close to beating him.

The guy who I hated most in boxing before last night has now made me a fan. Crazy.

I think he beats Cotto too.
Thats exactly whats amazing about Margarito. I'm not a fan of his style at all, but how he executes it...Is beyond amazing. When Tony fights it's litterally a blunt, and obvious showcase of what makes certain men "Tough." You don't see too much of that in boxing.

As for a fight with Cotto, I think it's a toss up, and Cotto being the main guy in boxing right now, atleast for the WW's, I think Margarito makes an even match out of this fight. Cotto's the favorite, but no one should be surprised if Margarito wins. But ultimately, Margarito should approach this fight as if he's not afraid to lose a decision or to get robbed in a decision. Cotto is that ninja right now, he's more marketable, and him vs Floyd is a must need fight to happen. Arum and his people know that, so Tony needs to know that too. Tony needs to dig down MENTALLY, and prepare to do some new ****. His strength and durability is there, he just needs to be able to predict what Cotto's going to do.

I really think Tony's corner gave some of the best advice a trainer can give to their fighter Yesterday. They seem like smart guys, so they should have no problem in figuring out Cotto.
