Is it me or does Cotto think hes the ****?

when this guy was fighting gomez he was actin like gomez was a ****ing
    replacement sparring partner.

He was all having his hands down and **** toying with him not showing
    the least bit of respect.

I think cotto doesnt want to admit that he is really very very arrogant and
    conceited.

He wants to seem like the good guy but that role isnt gonna play anymore
with me because i really see how he is.

    .... your thoghts.

internal confidence is a great thing. He is the ****, he's just now realizing it. He's second in the world to Floyd mayweather and he's getting better every fight.

I wrote in another post he had a right to act ****y last night. I thought Gomez would give him a decent run for his money but Cotto must have known better. He figured he had a soft opponent who'd let him look good so he toyed with him while he was kickin his ass.

Can you blame him? Gomez didn't belong in the ring with him, and i'd bet that Cotto didn't really want to fight him. So if Cotto wants to treat him with contempt i have no problem it.

Of course he thinks he's the ****. And as of right now, he really has no reason to believe otherwise. As stated above, he's considered 2nd in the world. And number 1 is considered to be ducking him. He has no reason to be lacking confidence.

Why is the way he fought arrogant, he wasn't taking risks at all and had perfect control over the fight. Showcasing it would just add to his marketability. Besides it might well have been to frustrate an iron chinned Gomez into giving up even though his punches seemed to get the message through

Not lacking confidence i mean acting to confident and shying away from his
"quiet and respectful" personality i think the fans are getting to his head
and weve seen the demise of superstars who do this:

                1. mike tyson
                2. zab judah (baldomir)
                3. antonio margarito(williams)
and soon to be ...... miguel angel lowblotto(i just needed to say that)

He wasn't acting cute with Mosley and won't with Margarito.
Gomez couldn't hurt him, and he knew it round one. He knew quite early he could rock him, so his confidence soared.

Chalk it up to adrenalin, knowing how the outcome is going to be.
