Cotto wins only if he uses speed and boxing ability. He won't be able to sit on his punches with Margarito because he would have to take what Marg dishes out. That wouldn't be good strategy for Cotto because as Marg proved against Cintron who has 1 punch power he can take it.

You heard it here first. Antonio Margarito will be the John Mugabi to Miguel Cotto's Marvin Hagler, meaning that Margarito's going to take a lot out of Cotto, but Cotto will win in the end. Then, of course, the Sugar Ray Leonard to Cotto's Hagler will be Money May, who will see an opportunity to pounce knowing full well that something was taken out of Cotto during his fight with Margarito.

i think cotto said he doesn't ever want to fight in vegas because of the 10oz gloves. does anyone know of any other big locations in the west coast ?

both true and the difference may be Cotto's bone crunching jab and movement. Margarito defintely wont break down as easily as Gomez but that Jab will neutralize Tony's ability to get to the inside and he will be forced to start reaching and getting countered. Course you cant count out Margarito. too much heart and power I just think he will be too slow and 1 dimensional for Cotto.
