Cotto and margarito are the 2 best in welter PERIOD. Mayweather is ducking both of them. That being said, cottos speed and devastating power will do something to margarito that we've never seen done. As we have seen before marg can be defeated and we have yet to see that about cotto. This will be fight of the year candidate when it happens. Whatever happens tho we'll see if mayweather will finally take a risk in his career and fight the winner. WE SHOULD all protest mayweathers decision to fight dlh and hatton again. Don't buy the ppv when those fights happen.

Let me break it down, in his last three fights floyd has fought an old dlh, a natural junior welter, and Baldomir, cmon hatton was the best guy floyds ever fought, and even he could barely make it at 147 I.e. Luis collazo nearly took him out. Floyd has never took a risk. Cotto AND matgarito would kill mayweather. He knows it that's why he won't fight either of them. IF dlh and sugar shane never took risks they would probably be undefeated still too, but they didnt , those guys fought anyone in their weight. SO before u call anyone dumbasses, do a little research on your boy pbf, analyze his career, he hasn't fought any real threats, I.E cotto, marg, p williams, even andre BERTO. These are the two best welterweights. I think Cotto will come out with the win, but u can't count marg out. HE Does have power, that could hurt cotto if he gts a shot in the chin but also since cottos been at 147 he's never been wobbled or knocked down so I really don't know, this fight will be the **** tho whoever wins needs pbf I think if floyd doesn't take the winner, he shoukd be stripped of his pound 4 pound status or at least moved down the list a few spots
