If Floyd WERENT to retire, i WOULD like to see him against Mosley. I think it would be a credible win.

I'd want to see him fight Mosley. If he were to be fighting Cotto in September that means Cotto would have beaten the winner of Cintron-Margarito 2 before then, so he wouldn't have to worry about the whole duckin Tony thing anymore since Marg lost again. But I think Shane could beat him.

the guy that lost to shane mosley twice? like i said, id be happy if he retired after cotto because it would be the perfect end to his career, but if he were to continue, who else could he fight that has credibility in the divisions floyd fights? the second best welter in my opinion is shane mosley. beating shane mosley is more valuable then dlh just based on the last 5 fights alone.

I think he should retire, if he was to ever beat cotto. He is getting older now and will soon be out of his prime. But a fight with margairto or even manny sounds good too. He will go down as being a great fighter but not the best, he will never earn that. Either way I think Floyd will not fight cotto . But its nice for you to dream, huh.

              absolutely.

what the real fans want is floyd against the best.

what floyd wants is the big money.

what casual fans want is the big names against floyd.

pacquiao is probably the only guy i can think of who can provide all three things thats anywhere near floyd's weight division.

Pacquiao is an established big name after the fights with all the great mexican warriors and future hall of famers.

Pacquiao is the second best p4p fighter in the world.

Pacquiao generates casual fans (especially the pinoys).

So what more could you ask for that would make all sides happy?

i think it would be the next logical fight.

If he beats Cotto i wouldnt mind seeing him in there with cintron or Mosley Maybe Margarito....Mosley might be 37 but like he proved against Cotto he still has what it takes at the top level and style makes fight.
