I just hope that Big Joe can do the United Kingdom proud and show Bernard Hopkins just what a "white boy" can do.

Us British truly are all behind him (especially the Welsh!!), but I fear that Bernard Hopkins may just be too much for him.

Big Joe has never, ever fought at Light Heavweight before in his life and Hopkins is a truly great fighter who the American public seem to love and support.

You're kidding, right? Joe looks relaxed and his movement looks smooth. No way does he look anxious.

Big deal. Padwork. I seen guys in the gym never turned pro and they look like world beaters on the pads. Meaningless. Calzaghe's fighting easily the best, most accomplished fighter of his life - one of the accomplished of the ****ing era. He won't stand and take those punches. When have you ever seen Hopkins take a lot of clean punches? Back when Roy was drawing comparisons with Ray Leonard? When Hopkins was a 20-fight contender?

Saturday Joe Calzaghe's unbeaten record disappears.

remember when many ppl thought mosley would beat cotto because he looked very fast and sharp on the pads before the fight and cotto looked terribly slow on the pads.

I fear that your last line will turn out to be true, but I hope not!
