Yeah, I'd imagine that almost everyone who was in Fight Night would be under an exclusive agreement which stops them being in any other boxing game for a set period of time.

When it comes to people like Marciano, does the game company have to agree something with his family or are there no rules on deceased boxers from previous eras?

The graphics are very good which is 2kSports standard. I hope the play control is the same as the other 2KSport games. If it is then this will blow Fight Night right out of the water. I alos read that Tyson & Tommy Hearns are in this too. i've been waiting for game to add both of these fighters.

I read there that they were thinkin of having mayweather in the game but they decided against it, his fighting style is too boring, people don't want to duck and dodge and punch about 3 times in each fight.

I read this in the Arcade section here & saw the link. I'm not so sure it's reliable but like someone said earlier, they have to change boxers names to get them in but we know who they are. Just like they did with Michael Jordan for the longest in the NBA games:
