Its more like one of those "I can pull my head out of my ass and acknowledge mass opinion that contradicts my own and support events in line with mass opinion, but you dont have the intellectual capacity to do so" type of things.

I think that it is more important to get a ref who is not payed off than what weight the fight is at.

It would have no impact on the match itself. I'm tired of the Hatton excuses. He doesnt deserve any.

If Hatton's huggers aren't fallin for that bull**** excuse with him whinin about Cortez, they're talkin about the weight. He can't take Floyd and that's that.

If he fights Hatton at 140, he needs to let go of his welterweight crown.

            3) Or is this one of those "Oscar got robbed, but a rematch doesn't make sense" things?
            1) It's just an excuse, b/c Floyd won!

            2) HELL NO, people would contradict themselves and say Floyd's small enough to make 140 & it wouldn't be any different at a lower weight! Plus, he should be defending his titles against REAL WW...

            3) Cortez & "Home Court Advantage" Yep, pretty much another excuse

I for 1 DEFINITELY don't want to see this or the Oscar rematch...Bring on Cotto and/or the winner from Margarito - Cintron!

Actually my response had nothing to do with Hatton. It is my belief that it is much easier for fighters to move up in weight and be effective rather than down in weight. Many people assume that Floyd would be more dominant at 140. If he had stayed there, then I would agree. However if he moved down to 140 now, I suspect he might not. Hatton has had most of his fights at 140 and seems like a much better fit there.

That Hatton weight **** has got to be the worst excuse I've ever heard from any fan. Hatton is just a **** Brit and you cant argue that if you use that excuse. You mean to tell me that a guy cant put on 4 pounds to fight a guy that isn't natural 147 pounder to begin with, without losing his chin and all ability? The ref wasn't to blame Hatton wasn't hittin **** but air. If some of you people would watch the fight Hatton kept rushing in with his head and then grabbing(as was May) So the refs supposed to let you hold and wrestle? if he didn't want that forearm in his throat he should have used angles to come in and not sit there and hug. They say Mayweather can't hit but those punches were affecting lil ricky from the beginning.
