This fight is not gonna happen. Even the Pac vs Khan fight will not happen, espcially outside of the US. Arum has been talking about Pac fighting in Macau, now his talking about Dubai. Will not happen.

I'm not against it but fighting pac immediately is suicide. he should fight first at least 1 credible opponent(i.e. guzman, sotto, jmm etc.) before the super pac. Unless his promoter is willing to pay pac at least $8M then this is very possible and exciting
