    Very true his style would be the biggest obstacle, but say Pavlik gains the weight and still carries his pop, dont you think he would be able to compete with say a heavy like Chris Byrd? I know Byrd wont be around, but I think if the opponent were hand picked it would be worth it to make a run at history especially since he would have nothing to lose.

      A guy like Byrd would be took slick for him.

      The reason I say he won't carry his power with him is because he really isn't a 1 punch knockout guy at 160. He grinds his opponents down and then gets them out of there, if he feels like he could do this at heavyweight, he can go ahead and try it, he has nothing to lose. But as you said, his opponent would have to be hand picked to suit his style.

        He wouldnt be able to beat anyone at heavyweight. He'll have tough times against the LHW and Cruiserweight divisions...

          pavlik could beat featherfisted pillow punching hws, i love pavlik but he's never been hit by a 250 lb man. kelly gets hit way too much to be a hw, i can see him doing well at 175, maybe even cruiser... but could u really see him in with big bad wlad?

              He's not big enough, and with his style it's not likely he stays upright, let alone win fights.
