Nah.. I don't but that one bit. Sure, Roy is an incredible fighter and he may have done it on one or two ocassions when his opponents where heavily out matched but there is no way he would try and toy with people who can punch. Roy didn't like getting punched if he could avoid it, he finished his opponents off with out taking much/ any punishment in return.

I think Terrible might be right in regards to the Kessler fight though, Kessler can obviously punch and is very dangerous so Roy would likely try to finish him quick.

Yeah no doubt, Kessler has a chance, he's naturally bigger but I believe Roy would be too fast for him.

Roy is very unorthodox and his hand speed will really hurt Kessler. Kessler is a fighter who likes to fight other boxers, he didn't look too good against Calzaghe because of his Southpaw stance. Roy Jones doesn't throw many jabs to Kessler wont be able to get his jab going.

also Ricky remember how slow he looked against Zag ,imagine him against Roy Jones JR

Reggie Johnson was a good fighter & Jones made him look like a right Jack ass ,there were times in that fight where Reggie Johnson was petrified of letting his hands go because he had already been tagged with 1 2 and visited the canvas

Kessler is naturally the bigger, stronger guy (no not height, someone always brings that up) and does everything Pavlik does just as good. Kessler wins a UD.

kessler by KO/TKO. They're both prototypical squared up fighters that keep moving forward and throw predictable 1-2's. Only difference is Kessler is the stronger of the two.

pavlik all ****ing day. get this euro crap out of here. mikkel is overrated. he is skilled but I dont see what the big deal is and another euro fighter, joe c, proved me right. mikkel aint ****. I dont see him beating elite fighters. i think he beats every bfighter out there but when he steps up to A class, he will come up short. his performance against calzaghe was so lackluster. he did nothing speacial except maybe an uppercut or two.

yeah but look at the competition. He fought calzaghe and it was a competitive fight the whole way. It's not like Kessler was EXPOSED or showed glaring flaws and weaknesses. Calzaghe was just the better fighter. It could be said about a lot of fighters.
