Is it only me or did it look like Calzaghe got to Hopkins in the end and not the other way around?

Definite conflict of styles outside the ring, as far as personalities aswell. Bernards rough ranting style seems better at first glance, but perhaps not. Bernard walked off, and unlike Calzaghe, Bernard said some ****** things loudly just clutching at controversial straws.

Like the only reason you kept your face pretty is because you fought in europe. Oh jeez Bernard, little ignorant. Whoever the US has sent over got beaten, and climates not all that. Then saying Kessler isn't a warrior, lol, check the p4p list Bernard, he'd kick your arse. Didn't realise he said the white person thing so loudly and so many times either, jesus. Ignorance is bliss, until Joe hits you.

Bernards resume kicks Joes ass. Taylor and winky wright both kick manfredo and lacys asses any day of the week.

Hops was trying to get in his head...that was the reason for the closing comment. And if you don't believe that comment fueled him........

Pick Bernards toughest wins, and Joe's easiest wins, hmmmm.

Just because the names weren't so big in some places, doesn't mean they weren't tough fights. Lets not forget he ruined Eubank and most of whats come his way since hasn't challenged him as much, esp from usa. He beat Kessler, whom is undisputedly good apart from to Hopkins. Kessler and Eubank would kick the **** out of Bernard all day long. Hopkins may challenge as much or more than Kessler perhaps yes, but Calzaghes favourite for a reason my friend.

Honestly I think beating Kessler is a better win then beating Tito and Oscar, but career wise Bernard does have a better resume. And it did seem that Hopkins got irritated with what Joe was saying to him, especially the Taylor comments.

Hopkins definitely tried to get into Calzaghe's head like he tries to do with every opponent but when he walked away, Calzaghe said something that made Hopkins come back and say that white boy comment again. I thought Hopkins actually looked irritated at the end.
