Call me a shallow fan, but...

I don't really respect fighters who don't know how to throw punches correctly, and do a bunch of **** wrong. Basically, I don't respect fighters without boxing skills.

Gotta respect any fighter who fights his ass of every time, don't duck challenges, and don't ***** when he loses. And you lose respect for fighters who don't do those things. Every fighter has some bad nights and they all get pissed so some trash talk or post-loss anger is acceptable. For different reasons taking fights other than the ones in demand is ok too but the **** wears thin after a while. Ex.- A guy like Ruiz just clinches all night so **** him. Hatton and Mayweather have a temporary pass for not taking fights they should but they'll start losin respect if they do it too long even from non-hatin fans that appreciate them now. And anyone would get upset about bustin their ass for 12 rounds and losin a decision they coulda won, but JMM oughta shut the **** up already cuz he's gettin annoying. He'll get another shot at beatin Pac eventually and if he don't get dropped again he probably will.

i give a lot of respect to a fighter who shows heart, courage and pride to the ring. boxers like mexicans, filipinos and puerto ricans. i dont give respect to boxers who talks crap before the fight and gives a borefest in the ring.
