180 but not in a good way. 180lbs of beer and burgers ala fernando vargas. He had the goods to beat mayweather silly but instead the fight showed the drinking and bad eating habits have taken their toll and he's mighty ripe for an upset. If a quick handed mayweather with no real KOpower can knock hatton out COLD. then a quick handed Pacquiao with a cannon left would give hatton brain damage if it found a way to land. This fight would be alot more competitive than it seems on paper.

i respectfully disagree.

i think (as the last poster stated) that the fight is much closer than it appears on paper...

it doesnt matter if hatton walks around at 180lbs between fights...its not good weight...he normally fights at 140lbs...

that extra 40lbs is nothing more than fish and chips with about a million pints of guiness.

not good for a boxer.

even on time off...

hatton fights at 140 so i dont know why so many people bring that up as an advantage...if its an advantage at all its an advantage for pacquiao because hatton could get worn down by dropping 40lbs to make weight.

pacquiao is really growing into bigger weight classes (like 140/147) without officially fighting at those weights...he came in at 146 in his last fight (unofficially on fight night) and looked in just about the best shape we've all ever seen him in.

he definately looked focued for that fight...pacquiao is no pushover...

Tough fight for both.

I think Manny's a bit of a one trick pony though with the straight shots (good ones at that.) I guess you could say the same with Hatton (body shots) but still, I'd probably back my lad Hatton.
