robinson and lamotta fought each other 5 times so i dont see why not logically. But in reality there are those who think marquez won both fights already and some including me that think Pac won both fights already. So either way 3-0 or 2-1 would be case closed with no need for a 4th.

Did you mean 1-1-1 or 2-0-1?

1-1-1 is what it would be officially which is what makes a 4th fight possible. But if you put yourself in each fighter's shoes you would either consider it 3-0 or 2-1 and not see the need to sign for a 4th fight.

Now Manny should return the favor and pay a visit to Mexico! First, to Tijuana (Erik's hometown), then Mexico City.

I think a 4th fight is a given regardless of the outcome. These two fighters are a unique match-up.

Would have been automatic trilogy after that went down. Pac is not afraid of jmm. He's just afraid of signing something that would sideline him for another year again. Yes Marquez speaks better english than manny. But for a 29yr old who gets beat up for a living and only has a 6th grade education to speak english at all is great. The same reason why manny doesnt make any business decisions on his own.
I thought they spoke a lot of english in the phillippines? Isn't it an official language?

I think they're equally good. The problem with JMM is that a lot of times, he needs his translator to translate the question he's being asked to Spanish. Then he'll answer it in English with no problem.

Yes its actually THE official language. But its a language taught in school and for a 3rd world country with a relatively low literacy rate you are not going to find it spoken except in the higher echelons of society like govt or big business. Pacquiao only has a 6th grade education as an adult. For him to speak english as well as he does is a miracle to me. The reporter doing the interview even had to instruct manny to end the convo before he gets conned into signing anything speaks to how aware they are of manny's lack of education. Woulda been like walking into a car dealership by yourself otherwise. If that was in mexico he would have signed from all the pressure.
