there's bigger fights to be made at welterweight now than there is at middleweight. welters are packed with good fighters, even a potential future match up with berto would do good thing's to miguel's bank account not to mention all the other possibilities. i say cotto has bigger steaks

I think it will be Cotto. We have seen that he probably isn't going to lose to anyone for quite a while, unless he gets a Mayweather fight, and that still isn't for sure if he would even lose that. Basically, he is the more established fighter.

I honestly think Kelly Pavlik is a time bomb that is going to explode one of these times that he fights someone quality. His defense is okay, and his attack is pretty predictable. We have seen him in against one elite and one really good contender.

That's just my gut feeling.

Pavlik. Has more cross-over appeal. The potential fights a MW and SMW are awesome. Pavlik, Taylor, Kessler, Miranda, Bute, Abraham, Mundine etc. The list goes on and on.

Well Cotto has more substance and is proven against the bigger names..........so essentially he has a head start in becoming a superstar.

But lol if you think a Puerto Rican would top a White boy with an exciting blue collar style in the United States..........you're mistaken.
