if u can find that post that would be great, who's gonna give cotto more exposure the PBF? he sells the most, ppv's theres #'s to prove that, alot of people are a bigger name then cotto, ill admit he's underrated in the department.

who in the welterweight division is bigger than cotto besides floyd? what names WILLING to fight him will get him more exposure?

hmm cotto might have trouble with mayorga at welter because hes very dangerous at that wieght a very risky fight for cottos chin.

If Zab and Shane couldn't get Cotto out of there I really don't think Mayorga would. Mayorga hasn't taken anyone who wasn't shot out impressively since 2003 and even with Vargas it took him 12 rounds to really beat him up. I think it's an ok fight for Cotto and it'll probably continue to build his name.

The ultimate goal for Cotto is clearly to get a shot with either Mayweather or DLH, if not both. So, Gomez and Mayorga would build toward that goal because they're recognizable names. They don't prepare him one bit stylistically for Floyd, but maybe only Luis Collazo and Josh Clottey would do that and I don't think either would get Cotto closer to a fight with Floyd unless they had a title and a major win or two before a fight with Cotto. So, it'd make sense if Arum wanted to save Cintron or Margarito for the end of the year. I just think it's kind of a jip.

I think Clottey gets his shot at Cotto if he keeps winning. But I don't see it happening anytime real soon.

I think if it did go ahead it'd be a huge promotion. Mayorga's been a bit out of the limelight since Oscar spanked him, but he's always been very good at hyping a fight, and if he could get himself back down to 147, well we know that's his best weight, and he's a big puncher. But you'd fancy the cream to rise to the top and Cotto to stop him in about 8
