Are boxers the hardest punchers on earth?

Guys like Foreman, Shavers and many others had amazing power. Punching is all they train in.

So, are boxers the hardest punchers on earth? For those of you who think Shavers was the hardest punching boxer ever, does that mean he was the hardest puncher on earth ever? I highly doubt a non-boxer could punch harder than shavers or foreman. Although there are some massive people in the world... Just curious.

YES, boxers are the hardest punchers in the world....The hardest puncher in the world right now is "The Steelhammer" Wladimir Klitschko.

I wouldn't be surprised if a guy like this punched harder than some of the heavyweights today.

More often than not he will not find his mark though... but here he does against Francois Botha.

Again children, there is always a factor infinite & unknow...

Meaning in this case, there's always someone out there you don't know about.

But I will say this though, boxers are usually not loading up as much as they can on punches, because his opponent are usually good enough to avoid and counter hard.

This makes it look like a wild swinger that gets lucky, like dude did against Botha, can hit harder than the hardest punching boxers.

If Tyson would take a leap of faith wild swing like some of these kickboxers do, he'd ****ing kill people

Boxing is basically the art of punching.

So yes, unless there's some freak of nature out there.

The guy in the video against Botha was on the undercard to J.Diaz v. Quiles and he got ko'd by some uknown heavyweight boxer.
