IMO he's a mediocre boxer with excellent punching power. Not a crap boxer with excellent punching power.
But C'mon... He ain't in Joe C's class dude. You sound like an idiot. Joe C has owned the SMW division for 25 years. The guy is as handsome as James Dean... as white as a winter sky... Miranda, at one time fought at 160, he has no chance against anyone at 168.

Yeah. Miranda is a decent fighter but has a bad temper. When things starts to go the other guys way, Miranda fights dirty. That's a major reason he lost to Abraham in Germany.

Yeah but.. some people say that Joe C fought questionable competition.. Combine that possibility with the wildcard that is pantera and you have the potential for an upset.. This of course would never happen unless Kessler's people would allow miranda/kessler.. at which point Miranda would have to beat Kessler down.

Yeah so many love to write him off, but I don't see any fighters lining up to knock that chip off his shoulder. Miranda is not a perfect fighter, but he is also extremely dangerous and he will give anyone a good battle. Pavlik beat him by bullying him, I don't see any 168lb guys who would be willing to even attempt Pavlik's strategy. Miranda is a top wildcard, who nobody will fight.

He's in a position where risk/reward on him isn't worth it for most top name fighters.. Unfortunately for the SMW division, Miranda's name continues to build. If Miranda keeps winning it will be impossible to ignore him for much longer without truly looking like dodging.

What. the. ****. are. you talking. about.

                You're joking right? Calzaghe's comp...

How about like 100 title defenses...
ever heard of: Eubank, Veit 2x, Kessler, Lacy, Sheika, Reid, and Brewer?

He tried to fight Wright, Jones Jr. and Johnson... but they all wanted money in exchange for fighting. C'mon... you have to be kidding!

Just because Americans are fat and ignorant... don't think for a second that Calzaghe's competition isn't sterling.

In Glen Johnson's defense, he signed on the dotted line TWICE to fight Cal in the UK and both times the fight got canceled due to a Calzaghe injury. Not Glen's fault.
