Max Kellerman Wants Boxers to DIE

After watching the HBO broadcast of Michael Katsidis Vs Joel Casamayor I was once again reminded of the idiot that Max is.

Katsidis fought a great fight and it was a great match to watch.

He took a few punches and was obviously very messed up when the ref stopped it.

If the fight went on he obviously could have been ruined and it could have led to him being seriously injured in a big way.

Kellerman kept going on how he thought the fight should have gone on and kept disagreeing with Lennox about it.

What does Max want: Does he want Brain Damage and Death???

He is such a wanker.


Katsidis is young and can come back and do lots of things and even in the post fight interview he was not annoyed about the fight being stopped.

Max Kellerman should not be on HBO, he is not qualified and just speaks rubbish the whole time and cause he knows some history he just babbles on and makes ****** comparisons.

yeah, he also kept comparing katsidis to marciano for some reason. that was really weird and kind of annoying. but the stoppage was properly done and I've never seen a ref let a fighter go on after such a barage of punches. if a fighters hands are low while he is getting hit repeatedly to the head than that is a sign that he is standing unconscious.

how can the threadstarter bash kellerman when larry merchant does the same thing, but way more. larry merchant bashes fighters like mayweather jr, and paulie, and praises fighters like manny because they fight the way they do, and he seems to get so much respect from posters on this forum, but when kellerman says something, he gets bashed. people on this forum are ****ing hypocrites to the core. i bet if larry merchant complained about the stoppage, this thread wouldn't have been made.

I don't even believe that's what Max believes. When he had his show on ESPN, he was all about slick boxing and fighter safety. Now, all of a sudden he's become a huge fan of wild slugfests. I think he's just trying to appeal to fans he never appealed to before.

Just my two cents, Katsidas was out on his feet after that last right hook that landed and that's exactly when the ref stopped it. It was a good stoppage. IMO, Max was wrong.
