I think Cintron hits harder with 1 punch.

And yeah I'd say he and Baldy have the best chins at WW.

You can visually see the effects of the punches on the fighters he's in against, as well as hear the cracking noise the right hand makes. It's a tell tale indicator of his heavy handedness as a fighter. Remember the key difference between being heavy handed and being a knockout artist.

        Two totally different things.

Judah is powerful because he hits people when they aren't expecting it. Tony can punch someone's guard and stagger them because he's heavy handed. So............which is essentially punching harder? being a knockout artist?

Margarito just has the "heavier hands" out of all the welters, his punches are a bit wild and he swings his shots at times, but his uppercuts are lethal and accurate, specially whe fighting on the inside. He is not the fastest more "accurate" puncher, but all that momentum used on those wider shots just add up to his natural punching power. Like many have said already, he doesn't knock you down with one punch, he accumulates his punches on you until until you break, similar to what Cotto does with his body shots, although I do think Cotto has the edge on the body shot department.

Unfortunatly it's more like when he beats Cotto imo...

And when he does, he should be able to get a shot at Mayweather even though I see Miguel matching up better, and giving Floyd a better fight.

It would be a perfect good bye fight for Oscar. If he's up for an actual fight instead of a minimal pain required chess match.

that says more about his competition than anything else.

So leverage doesn't factor in to hard punching?

What exactly makes someone a hard puncher? Was it being a knockout artist? You're clear on the distinction between the two right?

Not all knockout artists are heavy handed. They're as you say........"speedier" so..........Tony isn't fast lol. He's not a guy who is going to use his athleticism to counter punch people with knockout caliber counter punches.
