I hear different announcers always say these boxers are handsome or goodlooking guys when they commentate there fights? Do they have to announce that a fighter is handsome is this to lure female viewers or is it **** to say the guy is goodlooking to them?

A big part of boxing is vanity (they need to show Ring Girls more). If a top fighter has the looks and skills - it makes them a candiate for superstardom.

The charisma/mass appeal of a fighter is ofttimes rooted in their looks just as much as personality. Pointing it out is hardly a crime; the insecurity of a lot of American males is amazing sometimes.
