Floyd will wait it out long enough for Cotto to lose, then he will claim that there is no sense in fighting him.

the same way he beat oscar & oscar hits harder, cotto has 2 put nonstop pressure 2 knock u out. then if u put pressure he makes u miss & look like an amature like he did with delahoya, & if u take your time mayweather's speed will kill u

sure mayweather is not fast and he only throws a single punch at a time so get over his speed factor cotto is younger stronger and better all around fighter than floyd ever will be!!

puppetman, please. whoever's controlling this fool's thought process, shame on you.

floyd beats cotto at any weight class. ,uch respect to cotto, he is a great fighter imo, but floyd is a special fighter, one of a kind type of fighter, he is too good for cotto, as far as speed goes, and accuracy goes, cotto is not on floyd's level. floyd is also a better mover and better counterpuncher, not only with his right hand, but left hook and jab also. cotto's counterpunching is not fast enough to catch floyd snug, and floyd's right hand can be thrown as a snapping right hand or a power right, and when he snaps it like a jab, he lands it a lot. as far as cotto's pressure, he is a smart pressure fighter against guys whose defense is suspect and want to **** it out like a judah and mosley, and his power breaks them down, but against floyd, who has the best defense of aLL the ww's, he'd have a hard time catching him too cleanly, and floyd fights very methodically, so he'd catch cotto a lot because his eyes are always snakelike, when he counterpunches, but his defense is always in tact for the most part. cotto holds his hands high to guard his chin well, but he leaves himself open to uppercuts and hooks to the body, mayweather doesn't. think about floyd's defensive stance, the shoulder roll stance where he guards his body with his left and and guards the the left side of his chin with his right shoulder and the right side of his chin with his right hand.

add to this, floyd doesn't throw sloppy punches, and although he hits harder than people think, he knows cotto is stronger, so floyd cannot waste his punches, which he usually doesn't. cotto can look sloppy at times with his punches, which he may have to be to land clean on floyd, because because floyd is too fast on defense. cotto holds his hands high and breaks his opoonents down to the body better than cotto does, but cotto's power is what people look at, floyd is more accurate and throws shots way better than miguel does. and floyd throws a nice uppercut also, which cotto leaves himself open to. cotto has a nice jab which he would have to double up on, but he would have to time it right and have a quick snap on it, because he would have to keep floyd off balance all night, it is veyr hard to look good against floyd in doing this though, which is why cotto loses at any weight, because floyd is too fast, even with his supposed "singleshot" punching.

cotto, i don't see in any way, him beating floyd at all. maybe he'll prove otherwise, but i highly doubt it.
