Yes he was. Did you follow boxing back then???? Nobody even thought about Hopkins. Everybody was looking forward to the great Tito Trinidad to win the middleweight tournament and move up and fight Roy Jones and Booooom!!! The Executioner ended all of that.

Not as much as I am now. I watched fights constantly but mostly selective. I never really liked Felix and hadnt known much about Bernard by 2001. The first time I ever started following Nard was against Joppy i believe.
