Absolutely, hands down, no question about it, the best finisher in boxing is Pavlik.

If you can show me one time that Pavlik has hurt an opponent, and that opponent survived the fight, then ill pay you a million bucks. Maybe that body shot against Taylor in the 11th, but that was really a hurting shot

De La hoya, Mayweather hurts a guy and finishes, Diego Corrales was good (hurt Castillo and finished him), Pavlik......in history, Ray leonard, Robinson too.

Oscar's always been a good finisher so he gets some credit for that even though he's old now. Ditto for RJJ. Pavlik doesn't let dazed opponents off the hook and Valero's record speaks for itself.

All poll nominees were based on voting.

          I'll notify the winner personally.

Of that list probably Pavlik, because of the way he puts together straight punches and it's inevitable that if he does in fact hurt someone, lol he's going to throw a right hand they can't see and that's it.

He's really good at hiding the right hand behind the left like Klitschko is. Well if you're a big guy..........(bigger than everyone else) I suppose that's the right idea.

Wow this poll is not even close. At the moment I would say Pavlik is the best finisher. He is so methodical...

kelly pavlik becuase he has the highest precentage of finishing when he goes for broke...while a guy like pacman is also a finisher he tends to throw and not hit clean like when he hurt jmm he unloaded like 40 punches and gassed..while pavlik can swarm you he can put his shots together nicely and controlled.

                  Pavlik and Margarito.

Pavlik is great at it. He throws the right punches. Taylor was an example of quanity over quality. Pavlik sets up his knock out punches, and he does something not enough fighters do when their opponent is hurt, throw uppercuts. Margarito shares that trait.

its funny cause Humberto Soto is the mini MArgarito and he is not even on the list.

he is one hell of a finisher sometimes he doesnt get hte guy out like guzman but he puts his punches together and throws a ton.
