MAYWEATHER earned a lot of my respect back...

It's easy to dismiss it as a token gesture, but there are plenty of other millionaires out there NOT doing things like this.
I'm sure Floyd does a lot of good things but doesn't get the press as it detracts from the image that he has which sells his fights.Comment

About time he does something good.
This is what I was talking about. Do something good with that money and not just throw it up in the air to people who probably don't even need it or deserve it.
As far as anyone doing what he has done in the ring or surpassing it? I doubt it. Floyd got real lucky with some of those tomato cans that were holding belts at the time he was moving up. He was a lucky opportunist. If some day these divisions have some tomato cans like Gatti and Baldomir, those trying to accomplish what Mayweather has, will be lucky and have some easy fights too.
The HATE is strong in this one

I love how you dedicated so much to floyd on your website
keep taking time out of your day to diss someone who youll never see

that's awesome. many people involved with amateur boxing are taking money and time out of their own lives to help these kids get where they wanna be. and if you're making money, you're not going to get rich through working with amateurs. i think it's great that someone with that kind of money is willing to pick up the tab.Comment

Oh **** off. That's a 20% write off at most, the other 80% that donation still comes right from his pocket.Comment
