      Not bad , good snap , one thing keep your hands higher ,when you are throwing your jab you drop your right hand low ,and after your jab you are dropping your left hand too low , If that dummy could hit back , your chin would have been tested !

          I'd like to see you double jab rather than always singles!

          I used to own one of these machines, they're terrific, but as a training tool they'd be better with fake arms in a fighters position and a free spinning base. That way you can learn to jab to the left or right of the lead hand whilst circling looking for openings.

          Oh and if the Sod actually hit back once in a while it'd be trumps!!!

            I agree on the double jabs. It was more of throwin a single power jab. the dummy is ok for a workout , Im disapointed in that the base is to big and it feels akward when you get in close. The arms would be great too, and better weight distribution would also be good. if it swiveled it would be way better than standing in front of it and setting up again.

            I haven't workout in the longest and on top of that I'm way past my weight. Next week , i'll post my redemption vid, double jabs and combos galore.

              Whoa David. You are really hyping that next work-out in your reply-posts!! I'm looking forward to some Sugar Ray combos, Larry Holmes piston-jabs and the flashiest outfit ever worn in a youtube work-out vid.

                Hell yeah i am . I'm going to start a promotional company that deals exclusively with You tube workout vids. I'll have a Michael buffer impersonator along with a cd with crowd noise. I'll hire some crack whores as ring card girls . It should be very lucrative.

                Just saw a ****load of things i did wrong and want to do it the way that I know I can, thats all.
