Thanks my Pr brother. You know what, I'm mad out of shape. i weigh like 30 lbs over my optimum weight. I'll make another vid later, hopefully I'll get one of those heavybags with the platform. i have to think before i throw a punch cause the base of the dummy is so damn big and i don't want to hit it with my foot.

Next time no damn timbos on. i felt like a mob guy who got cement on his feet and is drownin in the sea.

Not bad, like others have said it looks like you have some nice snap on your punches. There are some things you need to work on which your probably aware..

thanks for the comment. yeah, i need to be more fluid , i'll redeem myself in the next video next month. i just felt real nervous and had to think about every punch i threw. halfway in the vid, i threw a combo and thats cause i just threw it instaed of thinking about it.

i don't compete or box , I just love the sport.

Yea, I figured you just do it for fun but since you do have a love for the sport I assume you want to it right. I'll try to offer one piece of advice. Don't lean in to the right after you throw a jab because you leave yourself very vulnerable to a counter and not in the proper position to return a punch because of the way your body is shifting. I know the dummy won't allow for 360 degrees of movement but when you do need to move to the right try to stay on the outside.

Will do and next week not next month will be my next vid. I shook off the rust and feel like i have to redeem myself from a subpar performance. When i throw the right its with conviction , as to bust up his lips, not really focusing on the d. guarantedd , next vid will be a 180 degree turn around and vastly superior.

you can throw a decent punch, jabs, and body punches are good.how long have you been training for ? 1 thing, you tend to drop your hands below your chin, when you bring them back.

That was one impressive session. The other guy didn't land a shot all day.

Thanks for sharing. Nice to see a poster LIVE.

Keep up the good work(out) and your fine posts buddy.
