The demand for a Cotto-PBF fight is big enough now that anything Floyd does outside of it is gonna get **** on. For now making sideshow money is excusable for him. But he can't go much longer though without fighting the winner of the Cotto-Gomez-Cintron-Marg mini tournament. His top challenger will emerge from that series and after he's done wrestling and fighting DLH again if he don't fight whichever one of em comes out on top **** him.

Not sure what Jim Jeffries has to do with this discussion, but 4 of those 7 bouts were against hall of famers, and he won his belt from a hall of famer, so I'm not sure what your point is.

He lost one fight in his career, after 6 years without so much as a tuneup fight, to another hall of famer, still managed to go 15 rounds with the great Jack Johnson before his corner threw in the towel.

I read his auto biography and he did it because he was desperate for money,

            I know his record.

The point I was making is many fighters don't fight the top guys back to back to back, I used Jeffries because that is your username.

People are giving Floyd a hard time because they don't like him, many fighter have taken time off while being on top.

I don't like Floyd's style of fighting and don't really care for the "500K on the wrist" or his personality in general. I do have respect for his talent and he might possibly be the best to ever lace up gloves. What irritates me more than anything is that I believe he is in his prime right now, and is pissing away his chance to prove it. That said he has a pretty damn decent resume and has earned the right to make a few bucks if he wants to.

The truth is I have never been the biggest supporter of floyd but he did fight the best at 130,135 he then won the lineal title at welterweight and beat the lineal champ from 140.

I want to see him fight Cotto but I don't see Miguel beating him but it will be a huge event when it does happen.

aint no ignorant **** here son, im just tellin the truth which is something you only find offensive when in context to floyd fanatitics but you never seem to care when the generalization is the other way. there are plenty of floydians doing what im doing but to you, it is only crime when i do it.

I find the WWE terrible and boring, and even with Floyd part of it, I view the WWE no different. I'm not going to order the PPV, hell I'm not going to even watch the damn thing period.

But what does that have to do with "smart business moves"? It's giving him a lot of exposure. Even though I don't personally like the WWE, it's a very big industry that has proven itself over the years.
