At the risk of repeating what plenty of people (and myself) have said regarding these wins...

        Trinidad: Welterweight
        De La Hoya: Welterweight
Tarver: Had to lose about 300 pounds after doing the Rocky movie
        Wright: Inflated light middleweight

Seriously, are those names really that impressive for a naturally bigger guy? In my opinion, no they are not.

Joe Calzaghe might not have such big names on his resume, but you can't say he didn't fight guys who were his own size.

Those are hall of fame names i think you misread what i said he has beaten way bigger named fighters, and at fight time they were equal or close to his size anyways.

I don't see Hopkins being active enough to win a decision but I can see him scoring a knockout. Every time he connects he'll be connecting on a guy who's coming in. Joe gets wild when he throws his flurries and if Hopkins sneaks in the right shot at the right time Joe will goe to sleep. Too close to call for certain so I'll say either Joe C UD or B-Hop KO/TKO.

OK, I understand what you're saying bro, but I don't think Hopkins' resume is as impressive as some people make it out to be. If he'd beaten Hall of Famers who were his own size (Roy Jones, for example), I might be more impressed. If Calzaghe had beaten a small HOF fighter I wouldn't say it was an impressive win for him either.

On top of this, it took Bernard 12 rounds to beat Trinidad, plus he had to headbutt Winky to gain an advantage. Whether or not the headbutt was intentional is debatable, but in my opinion it was intentional. I base this on 1: Bernard having a history of headbutts, and 2: through studying the fight in slow motion. He tried the same trick with Taylor but wasn't quite so successful, only managing to cut him on the head rather than the eye where his vision may have been affected or the fight could have been stopped.

Winky looked pretty good at times against Bernard, and of course, he went the full 12 rounds.

Considering all this, I agree with Sparky when he says Hops' best win was against Tarver.

I'm gonna strongly disagree with your prediction of a Hopkins KO. I'd guess neither of them will score a KO because they both have ridiculously solid chins. I'm sure you know that Calzaghe has only been down twice in his pro career and he has faced bigger punchers than Bernard Hopkins. In his (flash) knockdown against Mitchell, he came back from the canvas and KO'd Mitchell in the same round (see round 2, Byron Mitchell fight).

It's not a good idea to try and hurt Calzaghe. He's like an angry wasp when he senses danger. Annoy him, and you'll pay for it, although Joe is in danger of breaking his hands, he will go ahead and break them if it means putting his opponent to sleep.
