Floyd is open to hooks to the body, specifically the right hook to the body because of he's shoulder lean like defense. Cotto won't go in like a bulldoze like Hatton did though so he won't get KO'd but he will be caught. Cotto however has that jab and in the DLH fight when DLH threw it those were most of the rounds he won because Floyd would avoid it and a second punch following it is what Floyd was hit with. Basically in order to beat Floyd you need to jab your in as to do nothing more than throw off his timing and get him pre-occupied with that punch. I'm not sure who'd win to be honest, it'd be a very close fight and either man could win or lose.

That might work...until Floyd makes an adjustment...

        4. Castillo lost a close fight to Floyd 7-8 years ago...in which Floyd was injured.
        5. Your a P.Will nuthugger so I understand ur bull****...
I never questioned if hatton hurt him or not I said find him. Hatton is **** and still was able to hit him. Cotto would find him easier and hit waaaay Harder.

Castillo hit him to the body all damn day. Floyd isnt perfect, the guy opens up when hes in trouble I know for a fact if floyd ever fought Cotto he wouldnt pull that fancy shouler roll bull**** cause hell get caught with Cotto. the problem is hes faced bull**** opposition. No tests at WW whastoever

Hatton and DLH both were dismantled by a smaller man so dont use those comparisons or you look like **** posting.

Cmon man stop drinking the kool-aid. Ellerbe and Haymon both know Cotto would beat floyd so they never put floyd up against Cotto. OR SHANE OR any of the top Welters.

this question has to do cause of Cottos past fights. Cotto really hasn't been the same since platerized by Margarito. Cotto was affected by a cut in the last fight. Either way i think he has taken alot of punishment and is more vulnerable now than before. But margarito and Clottey are still two tough fighters who can take punishment and have good power.

Mayweather on the other hand doesn't represent the same amount of danger than these two. He has good speed and he's a good boxer, but Cotto can have better stamina if he doesn't get hurt from the beginning like he was when he fought margo and Cottey.
