The boxing authorities need to act - On Hopkins coming off the ropes

When Hopkins comes off the ropes, he gets some serious momentum which flings him towards the opponent.

Watch as he throws a couple of quick punches. But then as his head gets closer to his opponents. The punches stop every time.

Watching him vs Winky is extraodinary. Talk about one fighter based on illegal tactics. Sure he is defensively brilliant, but coming off the ropes like that is illegal.

The fight is gonna be ****.

      Hopkins is cheating so obviously.

Watch the Winky fight. The first five round he comes off the ropes with his head attacking Winky. The ref was rediculous. He kept doing it and Hopkins got in no trouble at all.

Winky was coming foward and Bernard leaned back to dodge the punch Winky was throwing. He came foward and Winky was still there.

          Watch tit again then.

Hopkins comes off the ropes like a steam train with his head flinging.

B-Hop sure knows all the mechanics...reason why he gets away with such tactics is because his movements are tricky, u never know where he'll angle himself and in return the ref see's that b-hop's opponent just happens to be in the way...its not like hopkins looks deliberately doing it..

As clearly as you remember Floyd wearing Winning gloves against Oscar?
