This is a ****** question. Cotto had 27 fights at 140 lbs, Floyd only had 3, picking up an alphabet and then moving up. So at 140 lbs Cotto had the better resume. Floyd had the better resume before even moving to 140 lbs, and has the better resume now.

Ricky Hatton, Oscar De La Hoya, Diego Corrales and Jose Luis Castillo are better wins than anyone Cotto has beaten.

Floyd has the better career resume so who really cares. And he would beat Cotto.

Simple question, and the answer is easy, Cotto.

Doesn't mean much as Floyd has a better resume overall.

Too bad Floyd didn't fight Cotto at 140, and instead went after the much easier Gatti. I guess you have to cherry pick if you want belts in 5 divisions.
