I say Cotto mostly cuz he spent way more time there. Corley, Bruseles, and Gatti were the only fights I remember Floyd having at 140. And aside from a few tough spots against Chop Chop, Floyd cruised through those fights. Cotto had a strong run at superlightweight including some pretty competitive fights.
