On achievments I'd have him top 3, behind Ali and Louis and just ahead of Holmes.
But in a head to head against any other heavyweight best of 3 he'd come out top IMO. Could be a little cautious at times, but could be exciting and devasting other times.
At the top of his game he was a very hard fighter to beat. He fought in a very strong era, possibly second only to Ali and beat everyone.
He was pushed aside and avoided yet did it his way and still became undisputed champion despite the efforts of certain people to ever stop this happening.
A true legend and will be held in a lot higher esteem in years to come than he is now. He had everything and could do it all extremely well and his chin is underated, not granite but a lot stronger than many give him credit for.
