Tito is overrated. He has a ****ty chin, he has ****ty movement, he's one-dimensional and the only reason why he gets so much recognition is because he's the only person of his race who has such a winning record..meaning he's the only thing Puerto Rico has going for itself...(I know Cotto is Puerto Rican too, but he's in a deep division.)

You know what. I don't even want Hopkins to go so low and fight him again. He already proved Tito isn't even within a mile of his talent. I want Winky Wright to move up from junior middle and kick Tito's ass. you can read the interview from maxboxing.com where Winky says that's what he plans to do after he kicks Mosley's ass again. Anywho, you can be one-dimensional and still have a winning record, but to me a great fighter can do some of everything great (like Tommy Hearns). Oh yeah, and no way in hell would he have beaten a prime, in shape Whitaker...no way in hell...I think Whitaker might have even been able to stop him even though he isn't a big puncher..

You say a great fighter should be able to do a variety of things.

Yet, you like Whitaker & Floyd...two guys who CANNOT punch.

I think Whitaker is one of the greatest of all time. But, I don't like the fact that he couldn't stop busters like Poli Diaz, Jorge Paez, Wilfredo Rivera.
I don't LIKE that....but I'm not foolish enough to have it tarnish what Pea accomplished.

As for "prime" Whitaker...
Do your homework... At 147, Pea could not possibly be in his prime..so it's a moot point.
He was still excellent at 147, but his prime was before that.
