PBF is a ***** and either way he is screwed because both Tony and Cotto have what it takes to beat ***** Boy Floyd.

The point is that Mayweather is baby sitting the belt. He needs to either step up and defend it or put it up for grabs so the rest of the welter weight division can fight for it. Your claiming that Cotto should fight Margarito to solidify his standing as the number 1 contender and to get a shot at Money Mayweather. Yet as the number 1 contender Cotto should automatically get a shot at Mayweather regardless of who you think he should fight, only because he's already earned it. In your own words you stated that Cotto is the Number 1 contender. Since thats the case why should Cotto even breath the name Margarito when he just lost to Paul Williams? It would seem that Margarito would have alot more to prove then to simply get a shot at Cotto by beating a man he already put to tears. Don't get me wrong I'd love to see Cotto fight the winner of Cintron vs. Margarito. I think Cotto adding another belt to his list of accomplishments will only add to his legitimacy as a true welter weight champ. But what would be your arguements be next if Floyd continues to deny Cotto a shot? That he should beat Quintana, a fighter that he already destroyed? I don't understand the point of this thread, you stated you disagree with Floyd fighting Oscar, you agree with everyone that Cotto is the number 1 contender. Then who do you think Floyd should be fighting and please give one reason why it shouldn't be Cotto. I'm sorry but Floyd didn't fight Margarito when everyone was saying he was the most ducked man in the division theres no reason why Cotto should, especially after Margarito's loss to Paul Williams.

Mayweather has made it clear he will fight Hatton in 2009 at Wembley.
And a possible 3rd fight with Oscar in 2009... Maybe the Farewell fight for Oscar will be against Mayweather.. Even if Oscar is down 0-2, everyone will buy PPV for his farewell.Comment
