calzaghe will be a hard counter puncher in this fight. Instead of his usual fight where he throws over a thousand punches, I can see this fight being a chess match. Calzaghe can fight any style, if he feels one style isn't winning the fight for him he may change his style up while fighting

You sound like your trying to convince yourself more then anything. Your a fan boy and probably in love with Calzaghe, who's going to get owned and outclassed by Hopkins, by the way. No drugs necessary. Calzaghe's going to get brutalized worse then Tarver and then you can cry for a few days and find another man to fall in love with.

Hopkins is not a fighter you can land a flush punch on. He knows how to make you miss, or make it so your punches arnt as strong as intended. Joe cant knockout some one who isnt infront of him, he couldnt knockout some one who he hit flush for 12 rounds, what makes you think he will knock someone out who he wont hit flush?

It's worth pointing out that Calzaghe has consistently taken risks throughout his career. There's no way he'll allow this fight to descend into a purely tactical battle.

If he gets the opportunity, Joe will open up. He may even risk his hands and go for a knockout.
