Calzaghe, but even if it was Taylor Calzaghe is much more effective and accurate with his punches so it doesn't matter.

id say taylor, he throws some good combinations, and unlike calzaghe, he punches with power. not offense to joe but at times he tends to slap with his shots, it takes much more effort to punch quickly while doing it with power. that's probably why taylor looses so much gas and tires in the later rounds. you save a lot more energy by keeping busy with the workrate, without the intention to really hurt your opponent. that's joe's tactic and that's why he stays fresh all through out the 12 round fight. he only opens up when he senses the opportunity to do so. but overall id say calzaghe is the busier of the two, but taylor is a faster and harder puncher.

Power had nothing to do with the question. JoeCal is clearly the quicker of the two, imo.

well i know power is not in the question im just saying about the difference between the punching technique. like i said before joe is a busier guy, he throws hundreds of punches per round he's got a quicker body movement. when talking pure handspeed id pick taylor. workrate with your punches and speed are different and some people confuse the two. if two of them fought, id say that joe will be much busier and will outhustle taylor, but the handspeed id give to taylor for the first 5 rounds until he tires eventhough he does throw those wide looping punches. but that's just my opinion.
