it doesn't matter where a fighter fights

all that matters is who he fights, when he fights and the end result.

sick of hearing " he doesn't leave his home town " ****. if a fighter only fights at home yet fights the best, whats the difference? a slight home town advantage? cheers from the crowd?

i can understand a fighter being dis respected if he fights complete nobodies in his backyard, but if he fights the best at home, it doesn't matter.

yeh, thats fair enough, but if floyd mayweather beat all the guys hes fought in detroit, i wouldn't complain .. he just wouldn't be as rich

I think a true champion can fight anywere in the world a win but just because a fighter has fought near home all the time a beats the best is just as good but it depends on there achievements.

i want a fighter who fights abroad..who past all adversity like ref helping the hometown fighter,pressure, change of training due to diff climates and facility..this means eventhough his not 100% because of said above hes still winning fights... like Valero....
