It depends, mentally it could possibly have an effect on training and mental focus for the fight. If you hit it and quit it, and send that ***** packing without a second thought , no. Having sex the night before the fight, dossn't have any effect on the fight. That myth was disproved, so it's all really about mental focus. Actually I heard that even though physically having sex the night before a fight really has no negative side effects, it could actually improve athlete performance. I think that is all a mental thing too imho.

There are negative side effects to having sex. Your testosterone levels plunge right after you ****** and don't peak again for a while. I'm not sure how long it takes to get back to normal. This is the main reason why boxers stay away from girls like the one in the video for at least a week or so, lol

They actually even dramatized this incident in the movie about Pac's life in the Philippines....Where Pac's security had to sneak her out through the fire escape because his wife was on her way up from the lobby.
