do i think it'll happen, not likely but i've read and don't see how mf'ers CAN'T see a scenario where margarito gets stopped with his wide style.

Response to this quote. First off let's be real, Mosley is an old man just like De La Hoya. If Cotto fought Mosley at his prime Mosley would have beat him hands down. Actually a lot of people had Mosley winning the fight against Cotto, but that's another subject. Second, Margarito has heightened his game. His defense is not all that, however you are going to get hit alot against him. And he has one of the best chin's in boxing. Also he is not scared of anybody which makes him very dangerous. Third, Cotto has a suspect chin ( just look at the little guys who made him wobble in the past). Cotto isn't knocking out Margarito and is going to have to rely on his boxing. Be sure Margarito will be putting pressure on him all night and will be testing that chin. No one ever puts pressure on Cotto because either they don't have power and are scared of getting hit alot by Cotto. I think it's going to be a great fight and the tougher fighter will win that night. When it gets down to it my bet is on Margarito because he is a work horse, the harder hitter and the more hungry boxer. Cotto seems like he is going too complacent and ****y. He better watch for the Tijuana Tornado.

Margirito would give Cotto a hard time, but I would pick Cotto to win in the end.

Judging by his performance vs 36 year old Mosley, in the end is when he can't win actually. And remember Margarito pressures way more than Mosley does.

yea,margarito is slow with his punche and sometimes throws wide looping hooks and uppercuts and cintron was doing alright when he was boxing

I agree. I think Margarito stops Cotto or gets a close UD. Too rough, tough and rugged. He's gonna tag Cotto with all kinds of ****, and yes, Cotto is going to land his licks, but Margarito will out tough him and impose his will. Can't wait. I HOPE Margarito opens as the dog.

People have to understand that Margarito's gonna keep comin' and I don't think Cotto can stop him. I think it'll be a grueling war with Margarito winning a decision based on outworking Cotto and better inside fighting.
