In negotiation right after the 1st fight nacho said Marquez would have to get 100% of the purse to make a 2nd fight happen. Roach is not dumb and would not let Pac fight for nothing. Fast forward 4yrs and a loss later according to Nacho Marquez would fight for free to make an immediate rematch happen. In a interview that same night Pacquiao said they can take the gloves off and have it out on the vegas strip right now. Marquez apparently wasnt keen on the idea but it was the free immediate rematch he wanted. Certainly if you can beat pacman in the ring like JMM claims he can beat him in a street brawl. So whos really running and who really would do it 4 pride?Comment

Not at all. I was simply calling out muppetman's claim that JMM was doing it to be the best. Regardless of what fans and the public think noone knows better who is the better of the 2 than the 2 themself. In a ring you can make excuses about scoring, gloves, etc to justfy ur loss. Outside the ring you get KTFO with no ref you are 99% of the time not gonna wanna fight that guy again. Im saying that what JMM wants is to validate that he has the superior technique 2win in a sport. NOT that he can beat Manny's ass into submission to prove to Pacquiao he is better than him. That is the difference between the 2. Manny was willing to streetfight stitches and all to prove to Marquez, not judges that he is the best.Comment

What exactly did i say that is a crock of ****? forums are for discussion so your arguments have to hold water to be valid. Your boy will not fight 4 free like his trainer claimed even tho a free fight was offered to him on the spot. Nor does he wanna prove he is the better fighter but rather the fighter with the better technique. But that is something we have all already known since before the 1st fight. By the way before complaining watch the fight again u will see Pac won that fight 3x. JMM camp said he got robbed but fight shoulda ended in rd 3. Walking 9/10 of the way to the wrong corner is a clear sign a fighter is unable to continue. That aside all 3 judges gave rds 11&12 to JMM and still gave the fight to Pac. Had the fight gone to the scores after 10 cuz JMM was having chunks of his eye fall out. It woulda been Pac by a wide margin on 2 cards and unanimous at the end of 10 had the 2nd knockdown at the end of round 3 counted. Lets not even talk about the intentional low blow that should have been another point. That fight let JMM slide by with alotta things 4 the sake of a good show. Absolutely no robbery here. He got beat 3x all in the same fight. cant blame the 12rd score if it wouldnt have gotten that far had the 2 fighters been anyone not named Pac or JMM. So stfu cuz all a rematch would do is bump the knockdown ratio to 8-0.Comment

manny got exposed as a regular fighter. Everybody thought he was going to destroy marquez, well I got news for you guys it didn't happen. Manny look confused and worried about attacking marquez, knowining he was going to get countered with some good shots. I had marquez winning the fight. He showed me more offensive and was going after manny, something manny not used to. I understand the decision for manny its about more money for the sport. This way they can keep making money off the philipino people.Comment
