Dan Rafael calls the Marquez Bros crybabies lol

The disturbing thing was to hear the crybaby Marquez camp whining and complaining endlessly about the decision as though it was scandalous. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. It's one thing to proclaim victory and express disappointment in a close decision loss. It's another to imply that some kind of shadowy element had it in for you and that the judging was somehow not on the up and up. The Marquez camp was almost as bad a few weeks ago when Rafael Marquez, Juan's brother, lost a tough decision in his rubber match with Israel Vazquez.

There are fights in which certain scores are mind-blowing and you really have to question the competency of the judges. This was not one of them. It was merely a razor-close fight that was awesome to watch because it had many close rounds. Marquez really has only himself to blame for the defeat. If he didn't get knocked down, the fight would have been a draw and he would have kept his title. Sure, many ringside media had it for Marquez, but only by a point or two, and even those who had him winning didn't complain about the official decision.

Dan Rafael is a clown. So what if Marquez pissed. He put a lot into the fight and clearly thought he had won. Whether he thought he won by one point or ten points really doesn't matter and Rafael knows fine and well that people often say things in the heat of the moment that they would probably put differently when the dust has settled. If anyone should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, it should be Rafael for writing such mindless crap which he probably knows to be untrue.

in rafael's recent loss, i believe it was his promoter who was translating in the post fight interviews creating the most noise, thus giving Rafa a bad rep. they did complain a little, but guys like Ndoju in his loss to malignaggi was a true gentleman. i think he should be an example of how fighters should behave in such cases. being loud wont convince the judges to reverse their decision, so why get too excercised?

Easy for Rafael to say, when has he trained hard to lose a fight by one point?

He cried when the waiter took away his plate when he wasn't done yet.

In close fights at the top level, where a guy loses by one point or some other close margin, they usually trained very hard for the fight. To say that Marquez trained hard and as a result should have won is to imply that Pacquiao trained less strenuously and is on that merit unworthy of victory.

Marvin Hagler is still bitter about the Ray Leonard decision, as is DLH about the Trinidad fight. In these closely contested fights, as in any other fight, there is a winner and a loser (barring a draw). It's part of pro boxing, otherwise we'd be in the special olympics handing everyone the gold.

No it's not. To say he has trained hard is to point out the difference between him and the fat man who is criticising him for being annoyed with the decision.
