Its just an excuse, it was a hard fight but many fighters some back after having many of wars. He is in one hard fight and all of a sudden hes shot? He also only had one loss at the time as well. You gave fighters like Gatti and Diego Corales that can have three fight trilogy's and could still complete on the elite level. He was not shot. Kadsitas has also had a war with Amonsot, who was not even ranked top 15 in the lightweight division.
These are all different fighters and totally different circumstances. Some fighters can take more beatings than others and vice versa. Did Ruddock, Gatti, or Chico have their trainer advising them to retire after their wars, and refuse to continue working with them if they chose to continue fighting?

Casamayor simply has to box and move. Kadsitas is going to catch numerous shots on the way in because he does not have great defense. He will be hit at will. Kadsitas is a good fighter, but the experience and boxing ability of Casamayor will be a major factor in this fight.
Experience and boxing ability won't mean much when it comes to Father Time. And how is he gonna box and move for 12 rounds if his legs are gone? Honestly man, when was the last time Casa looked impressive to you? I haven't been impressed with him since he fought Jose Luis Castillo in 2004.

He was only 25-1 when at the time he fought Kadsitas. One hard fight can not break your entire career regardless. Many people also picked Earl over Kahn as well. Its not normal for a young prime fighter that has only been a professional boxer for 10 years with only 25 fights become shot from a single battle. He was also only 28 at the time.

Watch the Holmes/Mercer fight. Larry Holmes was past his prime and has already been knocked out by Tyson and he beat a young unbeaten 18-0 Ray Mercer ( who later became WBO heavyweight champion). He was also 43 when he did it. At 35, Nate Cambell also beat a young prime Juan Diaz last saturday. Those are perfect examples of experience setting in. Experienced fighters knows how to do tricky things to offset or throw their opponents out of their game. Kadsitas is simply too inexperienced and one dimensional to compete with Yoel. Against other come forward brawlers/****ers, Kadsitas would shine. But he would be overwhelmed by pure boxers like Guzman/Casamayor/Cambell ect.
