Well the shane mosley fight was damn close.

Hopkins destroyed Tarver (where he was a 3-1 underdog) and beat Wright pretty good, where he was also a 2-1 underdog. He's had 20 middleweight defenses and he's 43.

Winky wasn't a "154 pounder" as you like to call it. He was fighting at 160 and hadn't fought at 154 for 2 whole years. Winky was #3 p4p when he fought Bernard also. He only had to come up 10 pounds, which almost equals out since it was a catchweight of 170 (unlike where Hopkins had to come up the whole 15)

Because Greg Leon is a trash writer who is heavily biased towards certain fighters, especially if they are managed by Al Haymon (Floyd, Taylor, Tarver, Forrest). He is obviously being compensated in some way for his generous rankings.
