hopkins beat wright and tarver his last 2 fights so I say he belongs in the top 5. I wouldn't put wright in the top 10 at all. and I agree that haye and wlad not making the top 20 is rediculous. I think haye should be top 5 and wlad top 10.
He must have been on drugs when he put this together.....

by far the most screwed up thing about the boxrec p4p list is that cotto isn't even in the top 25. and yes, mayweather is the only welterweight in the top 25 considering that the welterweight is the most stacked division in boxing.Comment

This list absolutely sucks.Greg Leon's (B-xingScene.com) top 20 P4P list - Released Today
1 - Mayweather
2 - Hopkins
3 - Pacquiao
4 - Wright
5 - Calzaghe
6 - Cotto
7 - Juan M. Marquez
8 - Vazquez
9 - Pavlik
10 - Rafael Marquez
11 - Hatton
12 - Mosley
13 - De La Hoya
14 - Taylor
15 - Forrest
16 - Guzman
17 - Tarver
18 - Spinks
19 - Kessler
20 - Campbell
Hopkins at #2 is just ridiculous, but not anymore ridiculous as Wright at #4, who is 1-1-1 in his last 3 fights
Where is Haye, Wlad, Dawson, Abraham... I'd pick any of these guys over let's say Forrest.. And based on the latest accomplishments, over Taylor as well who lost two of his last two fights.
I dont think hopkins belongs anywhere NEAR number 2.
How does pacquaio drop his number 2 spot (to hopkins of all people) when he won his fight with marquez...yes it was a close fight and the knockdown (in the judges eyes) was the difference in the fight...but i cant see him (or marquez based on his performance) losing spots...they should remain top 2 and 3...and even if you drop marquez i believe calzaghe would be number 3.
Wright for sure doesnt belong that high...he should be lucky to make top 15 to be honest...
winky wright hasnt done anything really lately... i dont consider 1-1-1 10 ten (let alone top 5) p4p worthy.
campbell, forrest, and guzman dont belong either...
this list is way off...
haye, wlad, dawson, abraham (as the threadstarter mentioned) belong in the top 20 p4p list...they should be threre...
cotto is getting a bad deal with wright and hopkins above him when i dont believe they belong that high...
calzaghe is getting a bad deal with wright and hopkins above him...
spinks? p4p? i dont know about this either...Comment

I have Cotto at 6. I wouldn't put him above Hopkins at all to be honest, though I could have seen him cracking top 5 if Marquez had gotten blown out by Pacquiao.Comment

Come on, Cotto has destroyed everyone in his path. Did he ever have any questionable decisions?
What did Hopkins do? Lost twice to Taylor (no matter how close the fights were)
Taylor who has lost to Pavlik x2 and lets agree that the Draw with Wright was a gift decision as well.
So he beats Tarver (who is a big question of his own) and fights a 154 ponder at light heavy? Give me a break!
UNLESS you add the age factor into this equation.. than to see what Hopkins does at 43 IS amazing!Comment
